Is this guy endorsed by David Allen?

Most of the time they simply weren't aware the trademark, rather than malicious intent. Our legal team is great at addressing these and will share the trademark guidelines with him.
 
Could you explain how one could use gtd in his business? Like what is ok and not ok to do? For example is it ok to write and sell books about how to implement gtd system? And what's wrong with this black belt membership thing?

What are the trademark guidelines ?
 
I'm thinking the guy is a thief he even repeatedly corrects David Allen's "GTD" and I really found it odd that he charges $30 a month for GTD tech and David Allen's own forum is Free.
