This webinar was well done, highly recommended and helped me with a source of aversion in my own GTD system.
I was using a combination of the two methods Kelly recommends for dealing with actionable email instead of picking just one. Now I have just the two "support" folders - @Action Support and @Waiting For Support.
When it comes to the Do phase now I can focus exclusively on my calendar and next actions lists in OmniFocus. In many cases they simply point me to the relevant emails.
Seems like small thing but really helped my system.
