I have also recently purchased MM, and I am too impressed with its potential for me. Although I would be helped with some guidance on how to use it for GTD. Any helpful resources out there?
I would like to know how people lay out a project in MM to synch through Outlook/GTD. What kinds of templates have people set up?
I would like to know too how people generate next actions through MM. If I scheme out tasks for a project using the Outlook Task MapPart, after synching I flood my next actions list in Outlook with too many actions. An alternative is to generate in MM my tasks (sub-topics), and then convert the next action into an Outlook task, by cutting and pasting. But this is awkward. Does anyone have a better way to do this? Is there a simple way in MM to convert a sub-topic (action) into an outlook task?
