Not exactly. I've been using MindManager a little bit to help organize a site re-design because it's a tool I happen to have and am accustomed to using. But I'm intrigued by Visio 2007 Professional for building site maps. It's even equipped with bots that can build maps of existing sites and apparently can keep track of links and report broken links. It's pricey, however,... and another application to learn how to use.
