I looked through the forums but didn't find anything that really addresses this issue:
A recent mindmapping session for a particular project resulted in a # of subprojects which had it's own subprojects and those had their own subprojects which had it's own subprojects and so on.
Since Next Actions for all the subjects haven't been determined yet, how I capture all those subprojects using the GTD Outlook Add-in if they don't have next actions assigned to them yet? And how do I create subprojects of subproject?s - perhaps by creating a new project out of the subproject (does that make sense?)? And if a next action isn't assigned, the projects display iat the top of the Tasks by Active Action view.
I created a Word outline to get the mind map in a structured format but need to get it into Outlook. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
