Missing sync, Palm, and Mac

I want to get a Centro and use it with Leopard. You have to use Missing Sync third party software.

Is this simple and dependable if you are not that into computers?

Missing Sync and Palm

I've used that setup for 3 years now. It's pretty reliable, but not perfect.
