Mixing work and life in your project lists with GTD add in

For those who want to separate their work projects from their personal projects and want to use one digital system of record (i.e. Outllook with the GTD addin) may I sugggest that you place "z:" in front of the name of your projects for your personal life.

This will cause the personal projects to appear in the project view list below your work projects.

This approach will allow you to tap the power of GTD by keeping one place for all projects and visually will allow you to separate the projects from work and personal.
 
Or just the @ or ! in front of the projects that you want on top of your list. Using a letter bothered me. But, it's a great little trick.
