New Level of Focus Setup

I think I "missed an episode" in the evolution of GTD. When I left the "show," there were levels of focus, mostly organized by time frame, and LOOSELY related to Stephen-Covey-ish sorts of values, missions, etc.

Did this get changed or clarified? If so, where and how? Thank you in advance for your help.

This is called the Horizons of Focus. It's always been a part of GTD and was expanded on in Making It All Work.

There are loads of resources about this on GTD Connect (including webinars on each level.)

There's also a nice summary of the levels on GTD Times, our blog:

The level that is often described as similiar to Covey is 20,000 (areas of focus and responsibilities.) This is what Covey would call "roles" in your life.
