Next Action Lists

I am using a paper based organizing system coupled with my outlook.
My paper system has Next Action lists by context ( phone, PC, and home)
My outlook has folders ( @ action, @read.review, @waiting for).

If I move an email over to the @action folder in outlook, do I also write it on my next action paper system list?

When you are working on your action list, do you check both places?

When you are working on your action list, do you check both places?

Unless you do one of these -- write the task on your paper list or treat the email folder as a list -- the task will get lost. But which you do is really up to you.

I don't use an action folder. Everything is in my paper-based NA lists.
