I read and wrote a lot of stuff and feedback about the GTD app for BlackBerry devices in this forum.
A new "professional version" has just entered the beta test stage. (Seems those guys are even working over X'Mas
) New features include a very very easy integration of so called "Voice Actions" which are actually just voice recordings of your next action. Besides this there are some more feature adds in this new beta verson.
