Nirvana Vs Facile Things

I have been a GTD user since the early 2000s. I've since retired and now doing some consulting. Years ago, David worked with a software company to develop GTD software. I can't recall the name of it but it was great. I've set up my computer to the current GTD with Outlook system per the item in the store. It still isn't what I'm looking for. I'm curious if anyone has thoughts regarding Nirvana and Facile Things software. I'd like to find something that is fairly integrated versus taking the necessary steps jumping from place to place. Thanks. Any thoughts are truly appreciated

Netcentrics GTDOA, is this what you were referring to? Outlook addon. Unfortunately reached end of life in 2015.

I have used FacileThings for years now and I love it. It's the closest I've ever found to a GTD specific software and it makes the process so much easier. I'm always surprised it doesn't get more callouts in the forum.

Facile Things is too much GTD-by-the-book for me, and it is pricey.. I recommend looking at Todoist as well.
I agree. I find nirvana and facile things try to turn the fluidity of GTD next action thinking and limiting criteria into a highly structured database, which looks attractive at first but becomes very onerous to maintain over time.
