Not a Project or no Action just stuff !

Where would you keep "Stuff" that is not a "Project" or does not have a "Next Action"!
For example: Things to remember when leaving home for a 3 week period, Tire size for youre car,Passwords not to forget Etc.... Just Stuff....

I use Outlook With GTD Add In to manage all my task.

But why should I carry this kind of stuff around in something that is portable? I simply put them in the proper files named "Holiday", "Car" etc. - no, there is no file named "Passwords" ... but perhaps there is a book in your office or living room or whereever you're quite sure nobody is ever going to open?
 
More precisely i would like to find a way to keep this Stuff within my "Outlook Add In" set up i am now using.

Maybe it would be under a electronic "File Format" !

Checklist of things to take to {destination}. In my filing cabinet with the travel stuff.

Apart from suggesting you have a folder with your GTD stuff, labelled "Checklists" or something like it, I can't help you as I don't use Outlook (I'm civilised and use a Mac ;))

I second this recommendation.

If you get an idea to improve the lists, you have them always with you. If you need them, they are always in place. If you lose your palm, you have a backup.

For confidential information I use an encryption tool.

Outlook Notes is where I store this type of thing. I have a few lists there:

Books to Read
Quotes
Wines/Beers to Try
Movies to Rent
Blog Ideas (I've wanted to set up a blog but haven't and may in the future)
 
I use Outlook Notes for books to read, "how to do a certain something", etc. I will also put links in Outlook notes, if I want to remember where on the internet or on my pc I can find certain resources, for example a list of potential outsources for widget designing, etc.

Otherwise, I have reference file folders for non-digital documents, such as brochures for where to possibly go on a vacation. A vacation checklist will probably be in my notes or a print-out will go in a file folder with other vacation stuff.

In my organizer, I have my various checklists, such as my weekly review. I only keep vital information in my organizer, such as passwords and important checklists, since I want a clear overview at all times.
