Organizing business cards

I would be curious to find out how people are organizing business cards. Do you find the best approach is to enter them into your other organizing tools as soon as you receive them, or do you file them in some sort of dedicated holder? If the latter, what do you use?

I usually get business cards either in my office or at a meeting. I nearly always have my pda handy, so it is a less than two minute task to get them entered into my system -- I do it during the next break in the meeting, or when the visitor leaves my office. If that's not possible, it goes into "in" for processing during the next cycle, when it is certainly a less than two minute task.
