Current setup at home using regular Outlook 2003 & Pocket Informant, syncs with x50v...all ok and has been.

I just changed jobs,...Now in a new office and using Outlook 2003 Business Contacts version. I have not set up to sync at work yet...but need to asap.

Question.....@work....will syncing be confused by using reg.Outlook at home and Business contact Outlook at work?

How do I maximize privacy at work and still have function of Outlook at work?
