Outlook notes / colours

Question to the Outlook users:
How do you use the colours in "notes" ?

The GTD whitepaper says only that notes are used for "non-actionable reference lists and checklists".
In fact, I have all these in my OL notes, but I am lacking ideas for reasonable grouping.
