Outlook Question

Hi,
I do not have the Outlook Add In, but I do use Outlook and I have several GTD Categories @calls, @wf @Today etc.
I like to print out the Outlook Today screen so that it gives me a snapshot of my appointments for the week and my tasks.
How can set this up so that the tasks appear by category on the Outlook Today Screen??

Sorry, I don't think it's possible.

I tried to find a way to do this in Outlook 2003. I clicked "Customize Outlook Today" but could not find an option for organizing the listed tasks by category (context). Sorry, but I don't think it's possible to do what you want. Perhaps you might consider posting a feature request at Microsoft.com.

The closest I've come to be able to do this sort of thing is to print out the calendar view which allows such catagorized task view. Unfortunately, a crowded appointment calendar won't show everything in this view - I think.
