I've made a new system that is designed to "manage multiple horizons of focus" specifically for GTD. It consists of a Microsoft Exchange E-mail account and a Sharepoint site with Horizon Manager, a way to keep track of your Projects, Areas of Focus, Goals and Objectives, Visions, and Purpose and Core Values.
