Planner Pad in GTD

My question is for those who use the Planner Pad in your GTD system, are you using the funnel down list method to replace your next action sheet? My opinion on this is it will work very well, and I can eliminate a set of lists. I will transfer my next action from any number of project lists. I have six columns in my form, three are always "Financial Manager", "Caretaker of Assets", and "STS" (sharpen the saw). The remaining three will be next action items from my projects.

Thanks,
Jerry
