I had a thought earlier today about prefixing those "all-day" calendar reminders with a letter to help actions that need to be done on that day stand out among the informational reminders.
At our company, we're encouraged to prefix the subject line of e-mails with "A:" if the e-mail requires action from the recipient, "I:" if it represents information only, "U:" if urgent, and "Q:" if the e-mail represents a question. I've decided to try this with my all-day calendar reminders.
On some days I get quite a few entries at the top of my calendar and sometimes have a hard time distinguishing "must do today" items from the rest on my PDA. I'm hoping that by putting an "A:" in front of them I'll find them more easily (and delete them when they are done).
Does anyone else do something like this?
