I´m trying to re-structure my someday/maybe lists.

I have difficulties choosing the basic setup.

option 1)

purge @kitchen
purge @PC
buy @PC

option 2)

@PC: purge
@PC: buy
@kitchen: purge

Yes, I used the forum´s "search" function.
It´s a problem on deciding.
Some hints would be great.

what's your tool?

My tool is Excel, and I have two separate columns for the action and the context, so I can sort either way...

I agree with Myriam, I've played with a bunch of different tools, and a custom-built Excel model is best for me, saved on Dropbox so I can access anywhere.

Since most of the contents of the Someday / Maybe will be Projects or even things that reside the higher levels up, I would sort it by Area of Focus. Well, thos Areas would not be exactly the same as on my 20, 000 ft list, because they combine current AoF as well us potential future ones. I would group Someday / Maybe single Next Actions together with Projects at one level.
