Steps.

1. Check if your PC is equipped with Video Capture Device (@Computer).
2. If not buy one (@Errands).
3. Install Video Capture Device (@Computer).
4. Read the manual (@Computer - if it is in electronic form or as a Read/Review - if it is printed on paper).
5. Capture Analog Video to a PC using a Video Capture Device (@Computer).
