Review Meetings Week Starting 23 July

Hello All

I've just started to configure GTD using Outlook for work and was wondering if someone could help please.

I use a folder to create documents for client reviews, such as:

Review Meetings/Week Starting 23 July
/Smith
/Brown
/Black
/Wilson
etc.

(usually about a dozen meetings a week)

Just wondering if this is something I should use under .Projects (within Outlook)?

Hello a20c; What kind of documents are putting in these folders? If they are MS-WORD or PDF files, they might be better of in a windows directory. If they are emails or tasks, then an directories in Outlook would make sense. You can use Outlook as a basic project management system.
