i've been using agnedus and am very happy for gtd way of life. but now starting to go into sales mode at work and would like to mesh the sales tracking with gtd. tho outlook has been suggested, i can't seem to "get" outlook (tho if you have an idea of link to tutorial i would be grateful), we own a copy of ACT6 (ancient) that i am nervous to begin using. has anyone used agendus for sales leads tracking? any other easy way to use what i have or other simple solution? thanks so much, haniboo

Not sure...

I know Agendus has a lot of built in stuff for tracking follow-ups and such. I'm not sure how you want to address your "leads," but I've seen some people hijacking the Trip feature to handle projects... you could feasibly create a Trip record that represented a sales lead and then tie items to it versus a contact, etc.

Have you visited the forums at Iambic to see how people over there are tracking sales leads and such with Agendus?

sales software

Iambic has a seperate program, called SalesWarrior. I tried the demo a while back, but as with most of these things, I only did so half-heartedly. Only recently has my role increased to include a larger sales territory, and being inexperienced and service based, etc., I was unsure how to fit it in.

I can tell you it dovetails with Agendus quite well.

You do know that Palm OS is going away, right? Not right away, but eventually. Agendus for iPhone is not the same. That's the problem with specialized software: you love it and it leaves you.
