sharing gtd with coworker

David Allen encourages us to share the GTD principles.

I have an opportunity to do this with a coworker. I have met with them one time and focused on the calendar and specifically what goes on the calendar (day/time specific and untimed).

Since there will be multiple meetings, I plan on just showing GTD in very small doses.

Is anyone sharing the GTD with coworkers? What did you start on? What type of format do you use? (Example Have you read through the book with them or have you started asking what has their attention and show them how to collect it etc?
