Should projects and sub projects only be created in project central and not the outlo

Hi I need some help or advice please:

I just created a project from with the task pane and it is not listed in project central.

Should projects and sub projects only be created in project central and not the outlook task pane?

You can create projects in the task pane

Hi Mike,

I just tried this and it looks like you can create projects in the task pane:

File - New - Task
Select "Projects" from the "Action" drop-down list
Type the name for your project in the "Subject" box
Save & Close

It now also shows up in Project Central.

As an aside, you can also create projects in any of the "Project" drop-down menus (e.g. on the "File in Folder" dialog etc.) by selecting "Add New Project".
