Processed but Not Always Defined
I don't know how other people use it but I don't put totally unprocessed notes there but they are not all defined.
To me defined means next actions thought out and outcome of the project clear. To me processed means yes this is something that I will do eventually, would like to do eventually, can't do now or won't do now. It's not trash but I'm not ready to move on it at this time. I may or may not know what exactly I want to do about that now but I also don't want to lose the idea that there is a project or projects in there.
So my someday/maybe list contains a mix of defined projects that are on hold, for example "set up shearing for 2011" and undefined projects that I want to do someday for example "host a dessert party for the mesa". The first one is well defined, I know the dates when I need to get going on it, I know what the actions are, the order I need to do them and so on but it's on hold because shearing is months away. The second one is an idea that I'd like to do but I haven't thought any more about it.
