I am trying to set up a better way to record someday/maybe items. I use a paper system - my organizer - for everything else and it works great, since I've customized my system for over a year now. However, my someday/maybe list is getting very long and is not as clear anymore. I want to use Outlook and its folder capabilities. What is the best way to record items to s/m? With tasks or with notes? Can I use a combo or is that too complex?
