Is it possible to synch Outlook 2007 with Google calendar?

Yes it is. I just started using a product to do this and it worked so well, I ended up purchasing it after 15 minutes of use.

Its called SyncMyCal and you find it at http://www.syncmycal.com. There is a free version that you can download and use indefinitely, but witha few limitations (such as having to manual initiate a sync each time and only being able to sync 7 days worth of calendar data at a time). The Pro version is $25 and has no such limits.
