I love when D. Allen gets all West Coast-like, and talks about visualizations, affirmations, etc. However without guided instructions i.e. audio prompts, I'm unable to follow his instructions. A few weeks ago, I stumbled upon a book at Chapters (local bookstore in Canada) entitled: Focus: The Power Of Targeted Thinking. He directs the reader to his site where they can download free visualizations (see sidebar). I found the content so helpful, I purchased the book. As well, his philosophy is compatible with GTD.
For the past week, I've used this visualization: http://focusquick.com/?page_id=60
and found it helpful.
Curious to hear what y'all think.
