I'm curious if anyone would care to share, just how many items you 'retrieved' and wrote down during your initial Mind Sweep?
How long does one add to this initial "RAM Dump?"
I've read Jason Womack's article, THE MIND SWEEP, located at http://www.davidco.com/coaches_corner/Jason_Womack/article1.html --- and was surprised that the exercise in the seminar is just ten minutes.
I can totally relate to the woman he depicts who returned again & again, all day long, to the Mind Sweep exercise. Indeed, I'm not sure how long (time) it's "supposed" to last, nor how much (how many items total) is "supposed" to be retrieved.
Frankly, the Mind Sweep appears infinite in nature to me; perhaps I've not read enough about it yet, so am not clear on what it actually comprises.
Anything you'd care to share I'd luv to read.
