Treo 700 p - auto fill feature

I am a long time Palm user with a new Palm Treo 700p. Does any one know how to create autofills to minimize typing words I use all the time (like my city or my comany name)? Thanks. Sue.

I found a free program, ShortCut5, to install on my 700p. It works great.
