Updated version of GTD & Evernote for Mac Setup Guide

We’ve updated our GTD & Evernote for Mac Setup Guide to reflect newer GTD methodology terminology and the recent changes to the appearance of Notebooks in Evernote. While there are no major functional changes, the updated guide more accurately shows how Evernote looks to those on the latest version for Mac.

Hi John,

I know it's super annoying when someone brings suggestions only after a new version is born, but I have one suggestion for future review, if you don't mind.

In Evernote, you can set up the visualization to see when the note was created. It can be really useful for waiting for items, for example (see print attached).

It can be useful for next actions, projects and other items too.

Instead of using the start date on the note title.
