Folks,
David recommends creating an all-day appointment to contain next actions that need to be begun/completed on a certain day, thereby keeping the calendar clear of anything other than hard events.
I find that it is harder in Outlook to create an all-day calendar appointment than it is to create a task with either an alarm or a !Today category that shows up when due.
Does it matter? What are your thoughts for/against?
Thanx,
Curtis
