Vitalist has a new version of their GTD-based web app, for those interested. In my research of maybe a half dozen of similar services, I find Vitalist as the closest and fullest implementation of GTD, although it's still missing a couple of things like time estimates, energy estimates, and a calendar bucket (although admittedly you can easily use an external tool like Google Calendar in tandem with it).
The free version seems to let you have a reasonable number of contexts, but if you have lots of projects you'll probably have to shell out for one of the paying plans. Anyway, worth a look for anyone who's never seen Vitalist or a re-look for those who've seen earlier versions:
