I've just posted an overview of a very nice web-based project manangement tool called Basecamp. They offer an incredible amount of functionality in an easy-to-use application and you can sign up for a free one-project account. Pricing for the service is based on the number of projects you need to manage and ranges from $19-59 per month.

This is a great way to pull a team together, especially if team members are at different locations or are highly mobile.
