WR analysys showed that all Work, Health and some Personal Development project were moving. Especially the most important projects for me. That great! Only two projects didn't move any further, both are read-related (Spanish and Sales theory but I'd like to move them anyway). Does it mean that should go on Someday list or they deserved putting on the Calendar? :)

Could it be that the actions are still a little vague? Perhaps review Spanish text could be further sharpened to read pages 1-15 of Spanish text? I'm planning on getting back into some language study soon (bringing my French and Japanese back up to par, both are rusty) so its something I've been thinking about, in trying to find a way to make sure I'm regularly working on these. And then if things are already clarified, is there a deeper reason you haven't moved forward (Not in the mood to read anything/this specific material/etc.)? And if you find that its just a matter of getting started, I'd maybe try one or two calendared items, and see if that starts the ball rolling.

Well, the whole point of a Someday list is that it contains things you've chosen *not* to move forward. If you want to raise something's priority, the Someday list is the last place you should put it.

I'd say block out time for it, but also make sure you've clarified the Next Actions and that you have at least one NA that can be done within the block of time you have available. "Read Don Quixote in the original" is probably a bit ambitious for a 30-minute slot... :-)

Konnichiwa Ottawa! Anata wa nan des ka? :)

I studied Japanies as well :) Frankly, I can't imagine reading only 1 page of Spanish text because I love to be in the mood, I need some time to get in this mood and like when I have time to think about what I've learned, maybe refresh some previous lessons etc.

More then that I need high-energy to move and this high-energy period falls into work hours :) And if we speak about regularity then it defenetly goes into the Calendar (otherwise you can't guarantee regular exersices with asap-type of actions).

So I think I maybe continue to play with NAs like you suggested (read 1 page) and if that doesn't work the next week I will defenetly put it into the Calendar to start the ball rolling as you say :)

My dear Katherine :) (lovely name!)

You're 100% right about Someday list. I just though to remove the projects to this list if they didn't want to move last week :) Anyway. That's another question but do you think I should have Next Actions planned and put into my @Contexts list for this block of time? Maybe it's easier to put them into the Notes section of the Project otherwise it looks like I will have to make a new @Spanish and @Sales Theory context that would destroy the beautifullness of my system?
 
If the activity is on the calendar, it shouldn't really matter which list you keep the specific actions on. You should be doing calendar items before looking at any context-based NA list.

As discussed elsewhere, my system treats projects as contexts, making the question moot. But whatever works for you is fine.
