Weekly Review with your Team ?

Has anyone tried it with there teams at work ? I don't mean to review "indivual project" but projects that that everyone is working in together . I personally feel thus could help teams see the big picture better.

I found only one colleague in my office was practising GTD. If all of people in my department learned GTD, then we can review in weekend about our project. But some actions were concerned with private activities, therefore review is your private time, some work projects can be converted to actions and meetings to discuss.

You can regularly get your entire team together to review the status without calling it GTD. In fact the Agile project methodology mandates a daily 15-minute standup in which each team member provides a status update on where he is with his assigned work, what he intends to accomplish by the next meeting and what roadblocks are in his way. Roadblocks are often discussed amongst team members offline at the end of the meeting.

Right! Agile methodology is similar to GTD.

Others don't have to be officially "doing" GTD to come together to get clear & current on current outcomes and next actions.
