Useful questions for more than just calendar year-end
Just listened to the archive of Year End Review. Very good thought provoking questions. I think these questions would also be useful at other times during the year when a review is needed. For example, my annual eval at work is in June, so I'm going to add these questions to my tickler file to help in writing the annual summary I prepare for my boss. Also plan to incorporate many of these questions into the annual eval I request from the staff who report to me for doing their annual evals. Some of these could be useful as interview questions too when hiring new staff.
