I wrote about my “Not to Do List” today In my blog.
@Dave Edwards Unfortunately I am a huge opponent of the "Not to Do" list. The problem with "Not" is that it is ignored by our brain. When someone writes "I should NOT smoke" his brain begins to think about smoking. So instead of the "Not to Do" list we should use the "Do Instead" list. We should replace "I should NOT smoke" with "I should eat an apple".
