Well, it could be a person's policy to always create another Next Action when they finish the last one, rather than waiting a week to do so.

Another solution.is to attempt to do important work at certain times. In my case, I try to use part of every morning for important things.

Well, it could be a person's policy to always create another Next Action when they finish the last one, rather than waiting a week to do so.
