Hi GTD community,
Thanks for putting together the recent GTD & iPhone setup guide. I read through and have one addition, might worth to share.
Notes in the iOS notes app can be assigned to different categories --> folders, but categories can't be created on the iPhone in the first place. One should have Mac computer with at least Mountain Lion version of the OS. In this case folders for Notes app on the Mac can be created following this instruction http://mac.tutsplus.com/tutorials/os-x/get-organized-with-reminders-and-notes-in-mountain-lion/ (scroll the page down to "Organization of Notes" paragraph). Then folders can be synced back to iPhone using iCloud. After that new notes created within appropriate folder.
Worked for me. See screenshot.
