I had
Toodledo for many years on my phone. Looked like a boring Todo list app, kept it but hardly used it. I recently researched most Productivity Apps for
gtd integration, as that is my biggest
Con regarding
Microsoft toDo. I am a single proprietor, so I don't need the excellent Asana or other Team integration features.
After waisting money on
Things that is only available on Apple products - No Windows, & requires new payments when new versions are launched, I discovered Toodledo's real power on their Web Integration.
It does everything. Natural language integration in creating a Task (almost as good as ToDoist), very flexible by enabling or disabling features you need or don't want, including habit trackers & the only system that includes Goals & goal-chains (
Toodledo) as well. Integrates well with Outlook Exchange, & even Apple Reminders. Integrates with
Toggl for excellent time-keeping. They could work on its appearance - a bit dated. For a simple ToDo List, Microsoft ToDo app is now available on all platforms, even MacOs. Their
My Day with Suggestions
is an unbeatable feature to end every day with a zero To do list. Google Keep is excellent if you are mostly using Gmail & used to organise yourself via Sticky Notes. Trello takes that further. If you mostly use Google Integration & don't mind an annual fee,
ToDoist is tops. If you want a simple straightforward
gtd app, try NirvanaHQ. In the end, for what you get with
Toodledo (Toodledo help) - the only reason it's not on everyone's radar is probably because of marketing. STAY SAFE & download your brain.
