Calendar Trick

One suggestion on the calendars.

If you are using iCal or Google or other tools that allow for multiple calendars then it's really convenient to create a temporary calendar called Parties or something, in a different color so you can get a good overview of what might happen on any given day in addition to the note with the ? at the end.

Seeing them all listed may make it easier to say no to a few or if there are none you might decide to host your own.
