Note/ideas/action capturing systems

I have read several times that David only uses constantly its Palm Tungsten and I believe that jason has said that he also uses his Palm like reminder system.

My question is, if you use a Palm like support of all your GTD system, what system of note capture do you use?

In meeting/office situations, I rely exclusively on paper. I try to keep a small notepad with me everywhere, but when I HAVE to on the fly I use Notepad.

Actually, DA uses paper for capturing notes (legal pads during the day, the 'evening module' pocket-sized pads during dinners, etc.) He says on the FAST tapes that it's a lot more efficient to capture notes on paper than trying to digitize raw info.

Plus that way you can better distinguish between capturing and processing.

Either way, it comes down to what works for you. The paper/PDA question tends to inspire spirited debates among GTD users.
