Thanks. I recently switched to OmniFocus and have found MacSparky's online resources helpful.

I've just purchased Creating Flow with OmniFocus Second Edition by Kourosh Dini, which was recently released. I've only done a quick flick-through so far but have already picked up some good tips.

Can someone please explain to me the difference between parallel project and check list project? They seem the same to me because you can do them in any order, right?

Hi Officelurker,

Right!

The parallel project you can do in any order as opposed to the sequential one. If you choose the view Available you'll see all the next actions of the parallel project but only the first of the sequential one. If you change the view to see all tasks there's no difference.
