Slice of GTD Life with Jason Atwood

Jason Atwood is the epitome of a leader who has embedded GTD in his company culture. Beyond the basics of productivity, he educates employees on how to communicate effectively, including advice on when to change the channel to a more suitable means of communication. His company is built on trust, with clear expectations and metrics, rather than tracking where and for how long someone sits at a desk or is in front of a webcam. He emphasizes that in addition to the accountability of GTD, there is a larger culture of accountability that supports all in doing their best work.

This was a great listen. I am wondering if there is anyway to post a template of Jason's excel map for time planning projects. It was such a good analytical tool for thinking about what are commitments are and specifically adding something means dropping something.

Tangentially related to this post, I decided to go back through the webinar recordings in the "Follow an Educational Path" link on the main page of gtdconnect.com.

I discovered that on the familiar path page at https://gtdconnect.com/path-familiar.php, the Beyond the Basics, Part 1 link is pointing to a version of the Slice of Life with Jason Atwood page at https://gtdconnect.com/multimedia/video.php?titleid=763&trackid=1389, with a broken video link.

Unsure if it is intentional to redirect Part 1 to the Jason Atwood recording, or if that's an error. Either way it's not functioning as intended.

Thanks for finding this, Jeremy. It was not intentional, and we have corrected it.

If you notice the URL, it has a title number and a track number. The track number was a little off. And computers are so picky about that kind of thing.
