Add Email to Kanban Board?

I've implemented GTD and use a Kanban board to manage my lists.

Here's where I'm getting stuck. I know you want to pull the task out of an email. If it takes more than 2 minutes, should I add that email/task to the Kanban board?

If LESS than 2 minutes do it. If more than 2 minutes add it to your list. I personally stretch or shrink this line depending on how busy I am. If I have a light calendar day I will go to about 5 minutes to reduce build up on the to do list. That is just me though
