When's the best time to do a mind sweep?

Great question

Best 'time' is seemingly subjective ?

Whenever confused, overwhelmed, etc.

Perhaps for the more proactive GTD type:

Anyone who is going to be good at GTD . . . meaning "Mind Like Water" then how is it possible to have "Mind Like Water" without doing a daily Mind Sweep, until one's mind is completely emptied, without capturing . . . and . . . organizing; in relatively short order the mind is appropriately emptied to a state of being "Mind Like Water" ?

Be Good . . . Do Good . . . life is too short for anything less ?

As you see GTD fit. . . .

I get "confused, overwhelmed" more than the average person because of my disorder

I - and something I feel like in real life - is I struggle entirely with "knowing what to do? or topic of priorities , time management

' - have fluctuation attention

"myself Tim wants - to learn to do do the things which make myself personally feel better the most - like my " things which I am passionate about, - my passions

' I find - myself during the day with type of "idle like thinking

51 "George K - once said you can only be thinking at one thing at a time"

mark T - said that George would - had the skill level to do 8 hours of yoga a day

And - I NEED - TO LEARN HOW TO GAIN SKILLS IN LIFE
" people who are less skillful are less healthy

Daily mind sweep can be very appropriate . . . in fact, every time we extrinsically capture an intrinsic thought, it can be deemed as a one item 'conscious' mind sweep to avoid being distracted by 'uncontrollable' intrinsic thoughts objectively extrinsic to make one's intrinsic focusing that much easier . . . which can be very difficult at different times throughout every beautiful day ?

We are all chugging along doing our imperfect GTD best and are all gratefully better off for having done so ?

As you GTD see fit. . . .

that is what I just wrote to above user @Robert5911

what?
"Daily mind sweep can be very appropriate . . . i"

- but immediately my reaction would be - I wouldn't know how to properly do a 'mindsweep everyday'

what or where do I start?

by writing - that
I saw the 'mindsweep ' podcast audio a previous user shared on this fourm I think was @Mrs-Polifax .

or I printed a 'trigger list for mindsweep' were two ideas.

P.S.
I don't understand all your other writing here
