Have any GTDers tried 'Intermittent' Reflecting~Reviewing ?

Has anyone tried 'Intermittent' Reflecting~Reviewing . . . to strategically discover from personal inventory from Projects List / Contexts Lists outside of Calendar as to:

What would be the most beneficial~best value Done by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, End of the Day, etc. for strategic focusing ?

Thank you very much

I have had some success dividing next actions available today into now and later. Now means I can work on it now and I’m willing to do so, and later means I can’t work ont it now or I don’t want to work on it now. I look at both lists all day, and can filter by context if needed. I move things around as the day progresses. Is this the sort of thing you mean?
