Affirmations- Becoming a Believer

After a while of rejecting the idea of affirmations, I’m becoming a believer in their power. At first, it just felt so damn strange. I credit my wife in getting me to turn around my concepts of affirmations. She has a book from Louise Hay that has some good ideas. I’m wondering if anyone is willing to share their own, or possibly pass on some books, websites, etc, that may help me along the journey. Thanks… Bart

This method is pretty nice:

Also, affirmations work great together with temporal tap. (The temporal tap technique can be found on the net, I have first read about it in Energy Medicine book from Donna Eden, though that book is not about affirmations.)
